The University of Arizona is offering all residence hall students “Flu Care Kits,” to help them if ill with flu symptoms, including those from the H1N1 flu. Each kit includes the following nourishment items:
- Cup of Noodles
- Saltine Crackers
- Mac & Cheese
- Chicken Noodle Soup
- Chamomile Tea Packet
- 20oz Sprite
- 20oz Dasani Water
- 20oz Lemon-Lime Gatorade
- Disposable Thermometer
- 8oz Hand Sanitzer

Within 3 hours of order being placed, your Flu Care Kit will be delivered free of charge to any UA residence hall (during regular hall hours). Flu Care Kits can also be purchased and picked up anytime, 24/7 at Highland Market.
Flu-preparedness is especially important this coming year with the expected resurgence of the pandemic H1N1 flu virus. The Kits are specifically designed for residence hall students who are ill with flu-like symptoms and need to stay isolated in their residence hall room as recommended by public health authorities.
Students who are experiencing flu-like symptoms are encouraged to order their Flu Care Kit today.
All Care Kit items are provided at reduced cost to UA students as part of a joint partnership between the Arizona Student Unions, Campus Health and Residence Life.
