RESOURCES FOR FELLOWS
Funding Special Events for Assigned Students
Funds have been put aside for Fellows who would like to host special events for students in their assigned areas. Faculty Fellows program staff are here to assist you if your event will:
- be in the Student Union? We can give you an account number or dining card for payment.
- require Motor Pool transportation? We will assist you in making a reservation.
- be a performance at Centennial Hall, the Maroney Theatre, or other on campus venue? We will process an IDB for you to pick up in the central office [Administration Building, Rm 401]
- require an off-campus vendor? We will need to make arrangements to pay for the event. Please provide as much notice as possible off-campus vendors.
Some special considerations for use of this funding
- Fellows must turn in a list of students, faculty and staff that were served for every event. Sign-In Sheet
- Fellows must turn in original receipts for every event-related expenditure.
Hosting an Event for your class or other Students?
There are funds available from the Student/Faculty Interaction Grants. The payment guidelines are similar to those above.
