Eleven student members sit on the Student Services Fee Advisory Board, and are responsible for reviewing funding proposals. Currently seven undergraduate students and four graduate and professional students sit on the board, representing ASUA, GPSC, and the student body at large.

Six advisory members also sit on the board: a faculty lecturer, a budget office representative, ASUA and GPSC presidents, the Student Affairs finance director, and an administration representative. These members provide useful insight about the needs of the campus community, lend their expertise and services in executing board directives, and report noteworthy board developments back to their respective departments and constituents. The addition of these professional UA staff strengthens the board by providing the necessary communication between students and administrators.
