Location: Campus Rec - Sitton Field (1400 E. 6th Street)

General Admission: FREE & open to all UA students!

REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY OPEN FOR 2026

to secure your spot as a Sponsor, Club, or Campus Rec/Student Affairs Partner.

REGISTER FOR A BOOTH

Due to the overwhelming popularity of Bash at the Rec, booth registration is limited to the following categories:

Sponsors - Visit the Sponsors tab for sponsorship opportunities and booth information.
UA Student Affairs Programs - No fee. Participation is by invitation only.
Club Sports - No fee. Participation is by invite only.
Clubs, Organizations, & Greek-Letter Organizations - No fee. Open to all recognized clubs and organizations on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration, check-in, and event management will be coordinated by the Student Engagement & Traditions (SET) office.

Non-UA Student Affairs departments and programs are welcome to participate by registering as sponsors.

IMPORTANT DATES

June 1, 2026 - Sponsor Booth Registration Opens
June 1, 2026 - Registration opens for Club Sports, Clubs and Organizations, and UA Student Affairs Programs
August, 1, 2026 - Late registration fees begin for all booth registrations submitted on or after this date. Late registration does not guarantee booth availability.
August, 9, 2026 - Clubs & Organizations must complete their recognition process by this date.
August, 16, 2026 - Registration closes at 11:59 PM
