FRAMEWORK

Well-being is the state of being healthy, happy, or successful. Your health might play a role in your overall happiness level or your ability to succeed, but health isn’t the overarching factor in your well-being. In fact, well-being considers the entirety of an individual, including their body and mind.
The Well-Being Task Force for the University of Arizona has defined well-being as developing the following components: Learning, Connection, Environmental, Financial, Body, Mind, and Purpose. These components promote positive feelings in an individual’s journey in meeting their full potential in the world.
